1. PREMIUM MATERIALS:
Q195 National Standard carbon steel material, passed material testing. Post diameter is 19mm, Post thickness is 1.0mm. 

2. ADJUSTABLE SHELF SPACE, NO TOOLS ASSEMBLY :
Simply snap together two plastic clips onto the post grooves at your desired position of each posts .  Raise the shelf and move all four sleeves to a new position for more or less height, as desired. The plastic clips can be placed higher or lower in 1-inch increments for ultimate customization 

3. HEAVY DUTY LOADING WEIGHT:
Each layer of wire shelf can load 40kgs(88lbs) , each hanger can hook 50kgs(110lbs). The total loading weight of a 7-pcs wire shelving and 4pcs hangers unit is 480kgs (1056lbs) .  

4. STEADY  AND DURABLE STRUCTURE :
Shelf wave frame and tapered shelf corner are designed by mechanics structure, The heavier loading , the better sturdy structure .

Knockdown packing with small size carton measures, more suitable for E-commerce market sales, passed by ISTA dropping test.

1,  Does chrome plated wire shelving has better anti-rust capability? What kind of surface finish is better for wet environment use?

Answers:  Our quality of chrome wire shelving is qualified as Japanese order standard, passed the salty and spray testing by SGS organization with result 24 hours 8 Grade . Generally ,chrome plated shelves is better for dry environment use ,while powder coating or zinc plated covered by epoxy finish is better for wet enviornment use .

 

2, What about your lead time of a container order

Answers :  Generally 30 days for first order and 25 days for repeat order if your order are our catalog items.  The delivery time of customized items shall be re-evaluate by your design.
